About the Baltimore County Department of Social Services

Through Maryland State funds, from a federal block grant, employers can hire Baltimore County Department of Social Services clients and BCoDSS subsidizes their wages for 3 months. Through the subsidized employment program, Brekford has hired, trained and provided BCDSS clients with livable wages and benefits for Baltimore area families. This subsidy was designed to help offset wages during the training period.
